KHJ-MC1A5-00 dummy splice sensor plate is universal for all Yamaha SS, ZS, ZSR full-size feeders from 8mm to 88mm. It simulates splice tape trigger signal during feeder calibration and maintenance, used to test the normal operation of splice detection sensor without real splicing tape, quickly judge whether the sensor circuit and trigger structure are abnormal. Stable elastic reset ensures repeated test without signal drift.
