KLJ-M4488-00 original control board is dedicated to the new-generation ZS series high-speed heavy-duty feeders, optimized the power driving circuit for large-spec 32~72mm wide material tape heavy load conveying, upgraded the real-time feedback algorithm of feeding position, and supports high-speed feeding operation under high-frequency continuous production conditions. Realizes real-time interaction of feeder status data with the placement machine host, accurately feedback abnormal information such as material jamming, motor overload and cover opening, reduce the equipment downtime rate caused by feeder electrical faults.
