KHJ-MC132-02 original sprocket assembly is the official standard driving sprocket component for Yamaha original SS series 12mm & 16mm mainstream feeders. Driven by the feeder drive motor, the tooth profile is precisely engaged with the sprocket holes of 12/16mm carrier tape to realize fixed-pitch stepping feeding. The original integrated metal + high-toughness composite structure effectively improves the tooth root strength, avoids tooth breakage, tooth wear and feeding pitch deviation caused by long-term high-speed operation, stabilizes the pickup coordinate consistency, and reduces the material throwing rate of YS12, YS24, YSM20 and other placement equipment.
