Product Introduction

KHJ-MD800-00 Yamaha tune up station is the original special calibration equipment for Yamaha SS/ZS series electric feeders. It simulates the real operating state of the feeder on the SMT machine platform through pneumatic driving + CCD high-magnification imaging system, detects the feeding position accuracy, pick-up center deviation, gear operation status and lever wear degree of the feeder, realizes quantitative adjustment and overhaul of faulty feeders, effectively reduces the machine material rate caused by feeder failure.
